Certainly one of the best Italians in Bremen, not disappointed so far. Super Service!

Had to wait a long time for my food even though I had pre-ordered. After about 2 hours I only had my main course ...

From the menu and decor, great restaurant. Great, professional staff. Accordingly, prices are rightly expensive. A big disadvantage, however, is the background noise when busy. Especially in the large room it echoes extremely from the ceilings and walls and entertainment sounds like at the station corner ... loud, louder and little understood by the opposite.

The beef fillet was absolutely cooked to perfection and of a quality that unfortunately can rarely be tasted. The tiramisu as a dessert was also very high quality and stands out qualitatively from the average quality. The ambience of the guest room is well-kept, without being intrusive. Light musical background that does not interfere with a conversation. Table decoration and preparation of the guest seats between middle to high level. Overall very well-kept impression and superior food quality. For this level absolutely reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We were in the restaurant Salvia food today. The terrace is very inviting. I ate veal steak with chanterelles and it was grilled to the point and very tasty. My companion Pizza Amore was very tasteful. The service was very nice and attentive. We will be back definitely . Highly recommended .

Atmosphere a bit cool despite tasteful decor. Service, despite your first day, very nice and confident! Pasta and pizza with canned mushrooms. OK in the pasta (I like it) but still canned champion on the pizza ??? Should go better. Still good in taste. Owner umgarnt regulars but has neither a friendly word or nice look for the remaining guests. The service, however. Lilienthal is not far away and has good restaurants. One reason for the speedy return will be found. Worth a visit? Can you do, as well as a nice large terrace is available. Unfortunately it was too cold during our visit.

I've known the store for a long time and have to say since the chef was replaced, it has only gotten better. Delicious food and polite service, a place I like to return. And also wait if it takes a little longer because it is full is completely understandable and worth it! See you next time Team Salvia!

Good service, although would not recommend the pizza. Very salty, and lack of flavour. Would go again, but would not order the pizza again.
